Job Overview
Talabat is looking for a Rider Communications Specialist in Dubai, UAE to design and deliver communication campaigns and engagement initiatives that enhance rider experience. The role focuses on ensuring riders remain engaged, informed, and aligned with Talabat s value proposition through effective communication strategies and feedback mechanisms.
What You ll Do
- Develop and implement rider-focused communication campaigns
- Measure and analyze campaign effectiveness, providing actionable recommendations
- Lead rider engagement initiatives to strengthen loyalty and satisfaction
- Organize and facilitate Rider Focus Group Discussions (FGDs) to gather insights
- Collaborate with regional and central teams to align engagement strategies
- Maintain and update local and regional communication and engagement calendars
Desired Candidate Profile
Candidate Requirements
- Bachelor s degree in Communications or related field
- 0 2 years of relevant experience
- Skilled in Canva design; knowledge of Tweety or similar communication management software is preferred
- Strong organizational skills with experience in executing engagement activities and events
- Excellent English and Urdu communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in team settings
- Familiarity with diverse teams and cultural dynamics in the UAE is a plus
