Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Oversee all rig operations, ensuring safe and efficient drilling practices while adhering to company and regulatory guidelines.
  • Supervise and coordinate the work of the drilling crew, providing clear instructions and fostering a collaborative work environment to maximize productivity.
  • Monitor drilling parameters, such as weight on bit, rotary speed, and mud flow, to optimize drilling performance and prevent equipment damage.
  • Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on rig equipment, identifying and resolving mechanical issues to minimize downtime.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • High school diploma or equivalent is required; further technical education or vocational training in drilling operations is preferred.

  • Valid certifications in relevant areas such as Well Control, First Aid, and CPR are essential for safety and compliance.

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in the Piling industry with at least 3 years as a rig operator or in a similar leadership role.

  • Demonstrated experience in operating and maintaining various types of drilling rigs, including land rigs and offshore platforms.
