Position Overview
Majid Al Futtaim Entertainment is seeking a motivated Emirati Risk and Compliance Executive to support the company s governance and operational integrity across its entertainment business units. The role is focused on conducting compliance reviews, monitoring adherence to internal policies, and promoting accountability through structured audits and reporting. This position plays a vital role in maintaining high operational standards, ensuring regulatory compliance, and driving process improvement across entertainment operations in the UAE.

Key Responsibilities
* Plan and conduct compliance reviews using standardized checklists for both operational and back-office areas.
* Perform audits to identify areas of non-compliance and recommend corrective actions to relevant managers.
* Track reporting timelines across business functions to ensure timely and accurate submissions.
* Support investigations, follow up on compliance issues, and assist with corrective measures.
* Collaborate with the Compliance Manager to implement new compliance initiatives and enhance business processes.
* Conduct periodic site visits across entertainment venues and provide compliance-related support as required.
* Contribute to continuous improvement and risk mitigation strategies within operational teams.
Ideal Profile
* UAE National with a Bachelor s degree in Law, Finance, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
* Minimum 2 years of experience in compliance, audit, or risk management, preferably within operations or finance.
* Compliance certification is a plus.
* Strong ethical standards, analytical thinking, and communication skills.
* Ability to work effectively in fast-paced, diverse, and collaborative environments.
