Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement structured monthly and bi-monthly compliance review plans using standardized checklists.
- Conduct operational and administrative compliance audits to identify risks and areas for improvement.
- Ensure timely and accurate submission of management, financial, and operational reports.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to address non-compliance issues and support investigations as needed.
- Assist in developing and implementing new compliance programs and policies in coordination with the Compliance Manager.
- Perform site visits across UAE business units to evaluate adherence to internal controls and operational standards.
- Prepare compliance reports, summarize findings, and present recommendations for corrective actions.
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing business governance and efficiency.

Desired Candidate Profile
Ideal Profile
- Bachelor s degree in Law, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in compliance, audit, or risk management roles.
- Strong understanding of compliance frameworks, internal controls, and audit methodologies.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and analytical skills.
- High ethical standards, with the ability to maintain confidentiality and objectivity.
- Compliance certification such as CCEP, CIA, or CRMA is an advantage.
