Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Support compliance with regulatory requirements issued by the Central Bank of the UAE and other authorities, including preparation of documentation for reviews and inspections
  • Maintain strict confidentiality of risk-related information and adhere to governance policies and ethical standards
  • Coordinate with Compliance, Internal Audit, and operational teams to integrate enterprise risk management across the company
  • Assist in monitoring Key Risk Indicators (KRIs) and preparing periodic risk reports
  • Support data collection, analysis, and documentation for internal and regulatory risk reporting
  • Help with documentation, version control, and record-keeping of risk policies, frameworks, and procedures
  • Assist in preparing presentations and materials for Risk Committee and senior management meetings

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Risk Management, Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 1–3 years of experience in risk management, internal control, compliance, audit, or related functions
  • Basic understanding of Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) concepts, risk registers, and risk appetite
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Any nationality, preferably based in Abu Dhabi or willing to relocate
