what you will do?

Develop and implement a comprehensive risk management framework across the organization.

Identify, assess, and mitigate potential financial, operational, strategic, and compliance risks.

Collaborate with different departments to enhance risk awareness and integrate risk management into decision-making processes.

Monitor market trends, geopolitical risks, and regulatory changes affecting the business.

Lead crisis management and business continuity planning efforts.

Report key risks, mitigation measures, and compliance updates to senior management and stakeholders.

Liaise with government authorities, auditors, and external regulators to ensure compliance with legal and industry requirements.

Train and mentor employees on risk management principles and best practices.

what you will need?

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Risk Management, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.

Certifications such as FRM, PRM, CRM, or IRM (preferred).

Proven track record of at least 10+ years of experience, with a minimum of 5 years in a similar role.

Strong understanding of risk management frameworks, corporate governance, and regulatory compliance in Qatar.

Experience in financial risk, operational risk, and enterprise risk management (ERM).

Ability to work under pressure and handle high-stakes decision-making.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
