SHARE JOB Job PurposeThe role holder is responsibleconsolidating commercial roaming sales plan and forecasting, and developingreports on sales performance to identify gaps in order to improve salesperformance. In addition, the role holder is responsible for conductingdeep-dive analysis on roaming contracts to support decreasing the cost &increasing the revenue. The role holder shall carry out his duties inaccordance with the stipulated business policies and procedures.Key Responsibilities• Managerial Responsibilities• Participates in the development and implementation ofthe Commercial Roaming plans, in line with the corporate objectives• Directs and manages the Roaming Revenue ManagementSection mandates, providing leadership and facilitating work processesin order to achieve high performance standards• Interprets and implements change in the RoamingRevenue Management Section providing guidance and support, necessary forcontinuous improvement• Ensures compliance with organizational policies, proceduresand quality standards in theRoaming Revenue Management Section• Core Responsibilities• Manages the monitoring of Internarial roaming revenuein coordination with the commercial roaming services support to avoidany revenue loss• Leads the efforts to perform deep dive analysis onRoaming Contracts to identify areas of improvements to support thebusiness in increasing the revenue and decreeing the cost• Continuously ensures the follow up with CommercialService Support General Directorate regarding Roaming customers billing,settlements & disputes to ensure maintaining STC best interest.• Coordinates and follows up with related units foridentifying any fraud detection and prevention systems and processesthat will negatively impact STC s business• Consolidates Commercial Roaming sales plan andforecasting in coordination with P&P• Manages the cascading of sales targets on CommercialRoaming sales team in alignment with P&P plans• Continuously monitors Sales performance forCommercial roaming and develop reports accordingly to identify any gaps• Coordinates Legal & Regulatory teams and GSMA toensure compliance with all applicable policies & requirements oncontracts & Information Security to avoid any potential violation• Ensures to inform billing teams of signed contractsand any changes in existing contracts to keep rate tables up-to-date andaccurate• Ensures STC Information in the GSMA info centre aremanaged & updated frequently and adequately.• Ensures that all commercial roaming contracts aredocumented according to documentation guidelines• People Management Responsibilities• Defines goals and key performance indicators for eachmember of the team and ensures effective application of the STCperformance management process.• Directs planning and selection of manpower in theRoaming Revenue Management Section, in line with the business andoperational plans.• Ensures high level of employee engagement andcapability development by providing on - going feedback and coachingteam members within the Roaming Revenue Management Section.• Performs other responsibilities and tasks as directedby the Director Commercial Roaming in order to meet objectives.Education level/Major• Bachelor s degree in Finance/TelecommunicationEngineering• Relevant certifications in Finance like CPA, ACA etc.preferredYears of Experience• A minimum of 5 years of relevant experienceDesired Skills & Knowledge• Prior experience in the telecommunications WholesaleOperator environment with focus on Roaming Agreements with evolvingtechnology developments is preferred.• Understanding of the Roaming trading environment• Strong Commercial Negotiation and deal making skills• Knowledge of global and regional trends anddevelopments in telecom industry• Understanding of National, Regional and InternationalOperations Standards and Procedures• STC Roaming product and services portfolio knowledge• Understanding regulatory laws, procedures andguidelines• Customer service orientation• Knowledge of Billing & settlements for variousproducts types Company Industry Telecom / ISP Department/Functional Area Data Entry / Operations / Back Office Processing Keywords Roaming Revenue Management Section Manager REPORT THIS JOB Disclaimer: Naukrigulf.com is only a platform to bring jobseekers & employers together.
