Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Robotic Machine Maintenance Engineer with a strong background in PLC (Programmable Logic Controllers) to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the maintenance, troubleshooting, and optimization of robotic machinery and automated systems, ensuring minimal downtime and maximum efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of robotic machines and automation systems.
  • Troubleshoot and repair PLC-controlled systems (Siemens, Allen Bradley, Mitsubishi, etc.).
  • Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and software faults in robotic systems.
  • Collaborate with the engineering team to improve system performance and reduce downtime.
  • Monitor machine performance and analyze data to anticipate maintenance needs.
  • Maintain detailed documentation of service and maintenance activities.

Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations

Desired Candidate Profile

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics, or related engineering field.
  • Proven experience (2–5 years) in robotic machinery maintenance with strong PLC knowledge.
  • Hands-on experience with troubleshooting and programming PLC systems.
  • Familiarity with industrial robots, sensors, HMIs, and SCADA systems.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
  • Good communication skills in English./ Hindi
  • Must be available in Dubai.
  • Experience working in the UAE or GCC region.
  • Familiarity with lean manufacturing or automation best practices.
  • Understanding of workplace safety protocols in industrial environments.

Salary: AED 4,300 – 6,400 per month
