Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome guests in a courteous, professional, and friendly manner.
  • Provide information and assistance regarding mall facilities, services, promotions, and events.
  • Respond to guest inquiries and resolve complaints or escalate to supervisors when necessary.
  • Support in issuing gift cards, vouchers, and other customer-facing services.
  • Maintain accurate records of guest interactions, inquiries, and service requests.
  • Assist in lost and found procedures, ensuring items are logged, stored, and reported as per policy.
  • Monitor customer service desk operations, ensuring tidiness and readiness at all times.
  • Coordinate with security, housekeeping, and mall operations teams to address guest concerns.
  • Support customer engagement activities, campaigns, and mall events when required.
  • Ensure compliance with customer service standards and company policies
