Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests in a courteous, professional, and friendly manner.
- Provide information and assistance regarding mall facilities, services, promotions, and events.
- Respond to guest inquiries and resolve complaints or escalate to supervisors when necessary.
- Support in issuing gift cards, vouchers, and other customer-facing services.
- Maintain accurate records of guest interactions, inquiries, and service requests.
- Assist in lost and found procedures, ensuring items are logged, stored, and reported as per policy.
- Monitor customer service desk operations, ensuring tidiness and readiness at all times.
- Coordinate with security, housekeeping, and mall operations teams to address guest concerns.
- Support customer engagement activities, campaigns, and mall events when required.
- Ensure compliance with customer service standards and company policies

- Takes ownership of his/her own learning agenda by identifying development needs in consultation with the reporting manager and working towards bridging the gaps through various means which go beyond just training.
- Understands the competencies relevant to his/her role and works towards displaying as well as developing these effectively.
- Keeps abreast of relevant professional/industry developments, new techniques and current issues through continued education and professional networks.
