Roles & Responsibilities

Operational Standards and Management

  • Should adept at roller skating, as well as coaching & guiding customer in the same.

  • Work closely with Unit Management team to move machines / games monitoring payouts to drive maximum revenue possibilities from the current product mix.

  • Keep stores are in compliance with the Standard Operating procedures  and Customer Service standards

  • Keep stores are in compliance with the company policy on employment and state laws, health and safety standards

  • Keep stores portray the company image in all aspects of personal presentation and adheres to the company dress code as laid out by the Company

  • Effective and prompt execution of sales, promotions by maintaining professionally at all times.

  • Timely filling of the checklist of the area of responsibility

  • Monitoring activities in respective area of responsibility

  • Arranging party as per checklist

  • Receive guests and re-organizing things party as per their requirements

  • Write guest details on checklist which is required for final bill preparation

  • Organize party and prepare final bill

  • Collect money as per the bill

Desired Candidate Profile

2 – 4  years work experience working in a roller rink You should be able to roller skate proficently and be able to coach others Diploma/Graduate
