SHARE JOB Purpose of the JobThe purpose of this role is to manage and perform the L1 & L2 Root Cause Analysis (RCA) investigations by utilizing and integrating data, incidents and cases formed in Aggreko Incident Management System (AIMS) system with the scope of identifying root causes, defining appropriate countermeasures and follow up on the implementation and control steps to ensure the effectiveness of the tasks aimed at improving efficiency and productivity.Key Responsibilities•Utilize appropriate data information and analytical tools in order to assess product and component reliability•Assess asset trends pre and post intervention•Coordinate with relative SME s and support functions or lead Site teams on initiatives focused on increasing Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE), Mean Time Between Failure (MTBF), fuel efficiency of our assets•Drive initiatives aimed at reducing Planned Maintenance Costs, breakdowns and rate of hot shutdowns and interruptions.•Coordinate and perform Alarm analyses of our assets and identify and coordinate improvement activities in order to reduce operational plant/product losses•Performs individually and also facilitates Root Cause Analysis investigation workshops by leading appropriate Subject Matter Expert teams at Level 2 with the scope of identifying Root Causes of selected failures and define appropriate countermeasures to eliminate the loss.•Drive improvement plans and actions related to the reliability performance of components and products by coordinating L1 site Operations team to perform appropriate kaizens to identify preliminary Root Causes.•Liaise with Level 3 RCA team and support escalated investigations in Manufacturing & Technology Department•Support proactive maintenance studies in order to identify potential risks and points of uncertainty in the life of our products.•Support Product Life Management function on identifying and evaluating the Total Cost of Ownership for new products and innovations.Person Specifications•Preferably university graduate in Engineering.•At least 10 years experience in Maintenance Management.•Strong expertise in the areas of Reliability Analysis, Root Cause Failure analysis, Life cycle costing and management, Conditioning Based MaintenanceDesired Skills•Experience with computational data analysis on Excel. Knowledge of Minitab or other statistical package.
