Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
� Rope Lashing Supervisor – Requirements
Minimum 5+ years experience in rope lashing / tensile structures / decorative installations
Strong knowledge of polypropylene, manila, and synthetic rope systems
Ability to read drawings and execute site works independently
Experience in team handling and site coordination
Knowledge of safety standards and load calculations
UAE experience preferred
� Rope Lashing Technician – Requirements
Minimum 2–3 years experience in rope lashing works
Skilled in knotting techniques, rigging, and installation
Ability to work at heights and follow safety procedures
Experience in fit-out or thematic projects is an advantage
� General Requirements
Immediate joiners preferred
Must be physically fit and safety-conscious
� Job Responsibilities
Installation of rope lashing systems (decorative & structural)
Execution as per drawings and site instructions
Maintaining quality, safety, and timelines
Coordination with site engineers and project team
Desired Candidate Profile
The candidate must have good skills to tackle any Rope Lashing activities.
