Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Design and analyze rotating equipment systems, ensuring optimal performance and reliability in industrial applications.
- Conduct root cause analysis for equipment failures, implementing corrective actions to minimize downtime and enhance equipment life.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate rotating equipment into new projects, ensuring alignment with engineering standards and safety regulations.
- Perform regular inspections and condition monitoring of rotating machinery to assess performance and identify potential issues before they escalate.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, with a strong focus on rotating machinery design and maintenance.
- At least 5 years of hands-on experience in rotating equipment engineering, preferably in oil and gas or power generation industries.
- Professional certification such as Certified Maintenance & Reliability Professional (CMRP) or equivalent is highly desirable.
- Experience with condition monitoring techniques and predictive maintenance tools is essential for effective performance evaluation.
