Roles & Responsibilities

We are looking for experienced Safety / EHS Engineers for high-voltage transmission line and substation projects in the UAE. Candidates with prior approvals or direct experience with DEWA, TRANSCO, or TAQA will be given preference. Job Title: Safety / EHS EngineerLocation: UAE (On-Site)Industry: Transmission Lines / Substation ProjectsExperience Required: 5 10 YearsJoining: Within 30 Days (Immediate Joiners Preferred)Certification: NEBOSH Certified (Mandatory) Eligibility Criteria: Bachelor s Degree in Engineering (Civil / Electrical / Mechanical) with regular college is mustNEBOSH Certification (Mandatory)5 10 years of proven experience in EHS rolesHands-on experience in Overhead Transmission Lines (220kV / 400kV / 765kV) and/or Substation ProjectsPrior DEWA / TRANSCO / TAQA approval or work experience is MustValid passport with at least 9 months validityStrong communication skills in English (spoken and written) Key Responsibilities: Conduct HSE inductions and awareness sessions for all site personnelDevelop, implement, and monitor HSE and welfare plansPerform routine site inspections and lead incident investigationsEnsure compliance with Permit to Work (PTW), Work Method Statements (WMS), and risk assessmentsPromote a safety-first culture and ensure all works are carried out in line with company HSE policiesProvide reports and documentation related to safety performance and site compliance
