Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
We are seeking a highly experienced OSH Manager to lead and enhance our Occupational Safety & Health programs across projects. The ideal candidate will have extensive safety domain expertise, strong leadership skills, and a proven track record in implementing and maintaining effective HSE systems in compliance with international and local standards. Aldar project experience is a plus.
- Lead, manage, and oversee all OSH activities across projects to ensure compliance with legal and company requirements.
- Conduct regular risk assessments, audits, and inspections to identify hazards and implement corrective actions.
- Develop and maintain safety policies, procedures, and reporting systems aligned with ISO 45001 standards.
- Provide technical guidance and training to project teams and stakeholders on HSE best practices.
- Collaborate with management to integrate safety strategies into project planning and execution.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of local and international safety legislation, standards, and industry trends.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 12–15 years of progressive experience in Occupational Safety & Health (OSH) hands-on exposure in diverse industrial environments.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Occupational Safety & Health or a related discipline.
- Recognized OSH qualifications, preferably NVQ Level 4/5 or equivalent.
- Completion of ADOSH-SF Practitioners Course with Grade A Registration.
- Certified ISO 45001 Lead Auditor.
- Strong understanding of international and local HSE regulations, standards, and best practices
