Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct daily site inspections and enforce safety regulations
- Identify hazards and implement corrective measures
- Ensure proper use of PPE by all workers
- Deliver safety inductions and toolbox talks
- Investigate incidents, accidents, and near-misses
- Maintain accurate safety logs, permits, and inspection reports
- Support development and evaluation of company HSE policies
- Coordinate emergency response drills and first-aid arrangements
- Ensure compliance with all UAE safety codes and regulations
Desired Candidate Profile
We are seeking an experienced Safety Officer to ensure safety compliance across our construction sites. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of UAE HSE laws, strong inspection experience, and the ability to promote safe practices among workers and subcontractors.
