Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate all health and safety matters within the facility
• Prepare, maintain, and monitor health and safety checklists
• Ensure all workers are wearing appropriate personal protective equipment
• Monitor discipline and timeliness during work and break periods
• Conduct daily safety rounds inside the facility and around the perimeter to identify hazards and abnormalities
• Coordinate corrective actions with supervisors and managers
• Report indiscipline, disruptive behavior, or safety violations to management
• Support periodic health and safety training, safety awareness, and safety induction programs
• Assist in recording and maintaining incident and accident reports
• Inspect, maintain, and document safety equipment and tools, arranging periodic checks and repairs
• Manage first aid kits, maintain stock records, and provide first aid when required
• Participate in evacuation drills and lead emergency evacuations with the designated team
• Ensure emergency exit doors are well maintained
• Monitor high-risk activities within the facility
• Implement waste management, housekeeping, and workplace hygiene systems
• Perform other tasks assigned by the department head as required
