Safety Officer Emirates Logistics Dubai, UAEbr>
Position Overviewbr>Emirates Logistics LLC is looking for an experienced and proactive Safety Officer to oversee and enforce health, safety, and environmental compliance within its warehouse and logistics operations in Dubai. The ideal candidate will promote a strong safety culture, identify risks, and ensure all staff follow established safety protocols.br>

Key Responsibilitiesbr>br>* Supervise and coordinate all Health and Safety (H&S) activities across the facility.br>* Conduct daily safety inspections and identify potential hazards or unsafe practices.br>* Ensure workers wear the proper PPE and comply with safety policies.br>* Prepare and maintain H&S checklists and inspection records.br>* Maintain discipline and safety awareness among employees through active engagement.br>* Organize and lead safety induction sessions, tool-box talks, and periodic H&S training.br>* Record and investigate incidents, accidents, and near-miss reports.br>* Oversee the condition and functionality of safety equipment and first aid kits.br>* Lead emergency evacuation drills and ensure all exit routes are accessible.br>* Support waste management and housekeeping procedures to maintain a hygienic environment.br>* Coordinate with supervisors and management to enforce compliance and resolve safety concerns.br>* Participate in continuous improvement of safety policies and practices.br>

Desired Candidate Profile
Ideal Profile
br>* Bachelor s degree in a relevant field.br>* NEBOSH or IOSH certification required.br>* Minimum 3 5 years of experience in HSE supervision within warehouse, logistics, or industrial settings.br>* Excellent communication, observation, and people management skills.br>* Strong ability to identify risks and take corrective actions promptly.br>* Self-disciplined, energetic, and proactive with a commitment to workplace safety.br>* Proficient in MS Office applications.
