Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough risk assessments and safety audits to identify workplace hazards and implement corrective measures.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive safety policies and procedures tailored to the specific needs of the organization.
  • Facilitate engaging safety training sessions for employees, ensuring they understand protocols and best practices.
  • Investigate incidents and accidents meticulously, preparing detailed reports to prevent future occurrences.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety or a related field, demonstrating a solid educational foundation.
  • Certifications such as NEBOSH, OSHA, or ISO 45001 to validate expertise in safety management systems.
  • At least 3-5 years of experience in safety roles within the construction or manufacturing industries for practical knowledge.
  • Preference for candidates with experience in high-risk environments to ensure a deep understanding of safety challenges.
