Provide expertise and lead investigations for Health & Safety concerns and incidents, complete root cause analysis, development of corrective actions, and follow-up mechanisms, and ensure communication of relevant information to management and all employees.
Ensure implementation and management of health and safety training and documentation.
Handling of safety team members and to guide them as per site requirement.
Risk Assessment Analysis all major activities.
Monitoring of safety requirement and its compliances from time to time.
Monitor federal and provincial agencies for regulatory changes and advise operations accordingly.
One year experience in the same field.
Well versed in MS Office.
Good communication skills in English.
