Job Description

The Sales Account Executive is a critical member of our dynamic sales team, responsible for driving revenue growth and forging strong relationships with our clients. This role involves prospecting and nurturing leads, negotiating and closing deals, and working closely with clients to understand and fulfill their needs with our solutions. The ideal candidate will be passionate, competitive, and have a high energy level, along with a proven track record in sales. An ability to engage with clients effectively and strategically is crucial to succeed in this role. The Sales Account Executive will work closely with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and to meet the company's sales objectives.


Responsibilities
  • Identify and target potential clients through cold calling and networking.
  • Develop and maintain strategic relationships with key customer stakeholders.
  • Set and achieve sales targets and outcomes within schedule.
  • Present, promote, and sell products/services using solid arguments to prospective customers.
  • Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services.
  • Coordinate sales efforts with team members and other departments.
  • Analyze market trends to identify new sales opportunities.
  • Prepare reports on accounts progress, goals, and forecasts for internal teams.
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues to ensure positive customer experience.
  • Provide feedback from clients to improve the product offering.
  • Attend meetings, sales events, and trainings to keep updated on latest developments.
  • Manage budget and allocate resources effectively to meet targets.

Requirements
  • 1-2 years experience in lighting
  • Bachelor s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Proven work experience as a Sales Account Executive or similar role.
  • In-depth understanding of the sales administration process.
  • A good command of market research techniques and databases.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills with clients.
  • Ability to deliver engaging presentations and proposals.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to learn new products.
