Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

We are seeking Sales Account Managers (KAMs) with expertise in Digital Transformation, IT Digital Infra Solutions, and IT Managed Services for the Dubai and Abu Dhabi markets. Responsibilities include managing client accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction, generating leads, meeting sales targets, and delivering exceptional customer service.


Qualifications:

- 6-8 years of experience in IT Solutions and Services sales in Dubai and Abu Dhabi

- Proficiency in Account Management, Revenue Generation, and meeting Margin targets

- Strong skills in Lead Generation and Communication

- Excellent negotiation and problem-solving abilities

- Background in digital transformation, IT solutions, or IT services sales

- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills

- Capability to establish and nurture client relationships

- Knowledge of Digital Infrastructure, Cloud, SaaS, Analytics, and AI solutions is advantageous

- Bachelor's degree in Technology, Business Administration, or related field

- Must have a valid UAE Driving License with a Car
