SHARE JOB The Sales Account Manager is responsible for the development and implementation of sales strategies to meet or exceed annual sales goals and grow market . The individual is responsible for establishing and maintaining relationships at assigned accounts and focus on acquisition of new accounts through sales in both conventional and non-conventional sectors. • Owns the account strategy for the assigned accounts and communicates to the Regional Sales Manager on an account by account basis regularly • Establishes executive level relationships with the customer base and understands customer processes and business model • Engages the Solution account team and the senior Management, as required, to plan for and win opportunities • Achieve sales targets and profit margins through closure of sales deals with existing / prospective End Users, EPCs & OEMS • Ensure that the correct products and services are delivered to customers in a timely manner • Negotiates contract terms and conditions (T&Cs), pricing, discounts and allowances • Responsible for development and delivery of product presentation to customers during one-on-one client meetings or at field events such as conferences, seminars • Implements sales & market development strategies for assigned products, solutions and services to capitalize on business opportunities • Sets and helps manage internal/external partner expectations • Provides application knowledge and industry expertise and manages sales activities according to GCG Customer Centric Selling process • Ensure high level of customer satisfaction through business and technical support to customer accounts; identifying and resolving customer challenges, and escalating as required • Monitor and analyze sales and marketing activities of key competitors • Maintains accurate assessment of target and opportunity funnel within the Customer Relationship Management system through timely registration and update of sales leads generated in CRM for value and validity Company Industry Power Generation / Power Distribution / Energy / Nuclear Energy Department/Functional Area Sales / Business Development Desired Candidate Profile • 5+ years of experience in Sales role selling Valves, Field Instruments & Control products • 3+ years of relevant Industry experience in UAE • Proficient in Commercial/Technical review processes • Knowledge of Oil & Gas, Power & Water industry required Keywords The Sales Account Manager is responsible for the development and implementation of sales strategies to meet or exceed annual sales goals and grow market .
