Roles & Responsibilities


Job Description
1. Seeking for new leads within the market especially office market and also hospitality market
2. Developing new channels with the existing customers and also initiate new leads with new customers
3. Nominate and recommend products based on customer needs and desires and respond to the questions and inquiries regarding products.
4. Coordinate with the customers; prepare sales slips and contracts, arrange delivery for manufactured orders.
5. Identify and develop business strategies and recommendations to improve sales, attract customers and support new and existing accounts.
6. Represent the company in different exhibitions.
7. Follow up the team work and assure the most effective usage of the provided tools, equipment, devices and protecting the whole company's assets and resources form damage and spoilage.
8. Perform any tasks or missions assigned by the direct manager or the top management as per the business needs.
9. Sales and Client Engagement
a. Conduct on-site visits with clients to showcase furniture options and demonstrate products unique features.
b. Provide consultation to clients on the best furniture solutions that align with their project requirements and budget.
c. Prepare and deliver persuasive presentations and proposals that highlight the company's unique selling points.
10. Negotiation & Closing Sales
a. Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients to close sales and achieve targets.
b. Maintain a professional and persuasive approach to close sales and ensure customer satisfaction.
c. Follow up on client feedback to ensure that customer expectations are met and exceeded.
11. Market Analysis & Reporting Stay informed on market trends, competitors, and industry developments to adapt sales strategies
12. Provide regular reports on sales activities, including lead conversion rates, customer feedback, and competitor analysis
13. Collaboration with Internal Teams a. Work closely with the design and production teams to ensure client requirements are met.
Collaborate with the marketing team to support promotional activities and increase brand visibility.

Requirements
2-5 years of experience.
Bachelor of fine arts or applied arts or equivalent.
Excellent command of MS Office applications (Word Excel - PowerPoint) ERP system- AutoCAD- solid -cutting list -shop drawing Good knowledge of AutoCAD.
Very good command of spoken & written English Language.
