Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Drive sales growth and achieve revenue targets within assigned accounts and territories.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
- Understand customer needs and provide tailored IT & low-current solutions.
- Act as the main point of contact between clients and internal teams, ensuring smooth communication and service delivery.
- Support the company s market expansion strategy through proactive account management and new business development.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed targets.
- Manage existing accounts while identifying opportunities for upselling and cross selling.
- Generate new leads and build a strong sales pipeline through networking, referrals, and market research.
- Prepare and deliver professional presentations and proposals to clients.
- Negotiate contracts, close deals, and ensure proper documentation.
- Collaborate with presales, technical, and project teams to deliver client requirements.
- Maintain accurate records in CRM (leads, opportunities, deals, activities). Provide regular sales reports, forecasts, and market feedback to management.
- Monitor competitors and market trends to identify new opportunities.
- Ensure client satisfaction through regular follow-ups and issue resolution.
- Contribute to the achievement of departmental KPIs and company growth targets.
Desired Candidate Profile
2-5 years of experience in sales, preferably in IT systems or Light-current solutions.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Solid understanding of IT solutions and integrated system
