Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Drive sales growth and achieve revenue targets within assigned accounts and territories.

  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
  • Understand customer needs and provide tailored IT & low-current solutions.
  • Act as the main point of contact between clients and internal teams, ensuring smooth communication and service delivery.
  • Support the company s market expansion strategy through proactive account management and new business development.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed targets.
  • Manage existing accounts while identifying opportunities for upselling and cross selling.
  • Generate new leads and build a strong sales pipeline through networking, referrals, and market research.
  • Prepare and deliver professional presentations and proposals to clients.
  • Negotiate contracts, close deals, and ensure proper documentation.
  • Collaborate with presales, technical, and project teams to deliver client requirements.
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM (leads, opportunities, deals, activities). Provide regular sales reports, forecasts, and market feedback to management.
  • Monitor competitors and market trends to identify new opportunities.
  • Ensure client satisfaction through regular follow-ups and issue resolution.
  • Contribute to the achievement of departmental KPIs and company growth targets.

Desired Candidate Profile

2-5 years of experience in sales, preferably in IT systems or Light-current solutions.

  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Solid understanding of IT solutions and integrated system
