Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed revenue targets within assigned accounts.
Manage and nurture long-term relationships with key clients in the food industry, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Identify new business opportunities and expand the client base by targeting potential customers in machinery and raw materials.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and logistics, to deliver tailored solutions.
Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms of service to maximize profitability while maintaining client trust.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform sales strategies and product offerings.
Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and reports to clients and internal stakeholders.
Provide accurate sales forecasts and pipeline updates to senior management.
Resolve client issues promptly and effectively, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to enhance brand visibility.
Minimum of 7 years of experience in sales account management, preferably within the food industry or related sectors.
Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in a competitive market.
Strong understanding of machinery and raw materials relevant to the food industry.
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to develop and maintain strong client relationships at all organizational levels.
Demonstrated ability to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities.
Experience working in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Willingness to travel as required for client meetings and industry events.
