Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

The Sales Account Manager will play a critical role in driving the growth of the WMS portfolio across Saudi Arabia. The position is ideal for an ambitious, well-networked Arabic-speaking professional with proven experience in selling supply chain software solutions, particularly WMS, and strong industry relationships across 3PLs, FMCG, retail, manufacturing, and distribution sectors.

Role and Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to grow WMS adoption across Saudi Arabia.
  • Identify, prospect, and develop new business opportunities across logistics, 3PL/4PL, FMCG, retail, manufacturing, pharma, and distribution industries.
  • Manage and develop existing accounts, ensuring strong relationships and increased solution adoption.
  • Lead the full sales cycle discovery, solution mapping, proposal development, negotiations, and deal closure.
  • Work closely with pre-sales and technical teams to deliver customized demonstrations and solution presentations.
  • Maintain an accurate sales pipeline with consistent forecasting and reporting.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to enhance client positioning within the KSA market.
  • Represent the client at industry events, conferences, and strategic meetings across the Kingdom

Requirements & Skills

  • Fluent Arabic speaker (mandatory) with strong English communication skills.
  • Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience selling WMS or broader supply chain execution solutions (TMS, YMS, OMS, automation, etc.) within KSA.
  • Experience in warehouse automation, robotics, or advanced logistics technologies.
  • Familiarity with ERP and supply chain execution system integrations.
  • Experience working with multinational teams in a consulting or pre-sales capacity.
  • Strong network and industry connections with supply chain and logistics leaders in the Kingdom.
  • Demonstrated success in achieving enterprise-level sales targets.
  • Strong understanding of warehouse operations, digital transformation, and system integrations.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Willingness to travel within Saudi Arabia.

Desired Candidate Profile

Experience: Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience selling WMS or broader supply chain execution solutions

Education: Bachelors degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, IT, or related fields.

Language: Fluent Arabic (mandatory) with strong English communication skills
