Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Customer Order Management
- Receive and verify customer orders, and integrate them into the order management system.
- Check prices, delivery conditions and other order details
- Track orders until delivery and ensure the conformity of delivered products.
Processing of Contracts and Commercial Documents
- Prepare, check and send customer contracts
- Manage and archive commercial documents
- Ensure that prices, discounts, and commercial terms are kept up to date in the systems
Coordination with Production and Supply Chain
- Collaborating with production to plan the quantities needed to produce orders
- Monitor product manufacturing, packaging, and delivery timelines
- Maintaining a close link with the supply chain to guarantee timely supply and delivery
Delivery Tracking and Customer Complaints
- Track shipments and deliveries, and manage any claims or delays.
- Maintaining relationships with carriers to resolve any logistical issues
- Managing customer returns or complaints related to the conformity of delivered products
Invoice Management and Payment Tracking
- Prepare invoices for shipped orders
- Monitor invoice payments in coordination with the finance and accounting department
- Monitor customer accounts and any potential payment delays
Reporting and Data Analysis
- Provide sales, inventory, and shipment reporting to the sales manager
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to orders, delivery times, and customer satisfaction.
- Identify trends and anomalies to improve sales administration processes
Desired Candidate Profile
Education : Bac +2/3 in sales management, commerce or business administration
- Experience : Minimum 5 years in a similar role in industry or the agri-food sector
- Languages : French, English (a third language is a plus)
