Provide assistance to GM, Sales Manager and Sales Engineers producing letters, memos, reports, spreadsheets, filing; and general administration for the sales department
• Ensures good customer contact and update customer data base
• Develops relationships with customers
• Ensure that all sales records (manual or electronic) are kept up-to-date and accurate
• Maintain quotation database to ensure consistent and timely monitoring of orders and projects
• Prepares reports for decision making
• Interface and work closely with sales team to deliver top-notch communication and customer service
• Provide effective leads to sales team
• Prepare rooms for meetings, sales events and reservations for customer visits
• Develop monthly sales reports
• Ensure sales targets are met and report any deviations
• Responsible for direct support of office operations, including but not limited to: office accounts payables and receivables, including general, office and business supply orders, and equipment maintenance.
• Order business cards, name badges and handle other miscellaneous tasks,
• Assist and/or design for sales agents, marketing, advertising and technology needs related to company resources on request.
• Support Company in Recruiting and coordinate paperwork for newly hired employees
• Provide social media support for the office and marketing to allow the sales agents to focus on the growth of their business.
• Perform variety of other administrative duties as assigned.
• Assist in writing and editing sales and marketing literature, ensuring valid, current and accurate content
• Maintain Company s website and manage customer enquiries generated from the website
• Responsible for e-marketing and the Company presence on other social media, such as updating Company s LinkedIn page.
• Act as liaison between advertising agencies and the company, print suppliers, freelance talent, and various marketing services
• Monitor and report on the effectiveness of ongoing marketing communications activities
