Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the sales team, ensuring smooth daily operations and efficient workflow.
  • Coordinate and process sales orders, contracts, and documentation, maintaining accurate records in the company s CRM and filing systems.
  • Liaise between sales representatives, clients, and internal departments to facilitate communication and resolve queries promptly.
  • Prepare and distribute sales reports, performance metrics, and pipeline updates to management and relevant stakeholders.
  • Assist in the preparation and organization of sales presentations, proposals, and client meetings.
  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with supply chain or logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of products or services.
  • Handle customer inquiries, follow up on leads, and provide exceptional service to enhance client satisfaction.
  • Support the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring all documentation and compliance requirements are met.
  • Maintain and update sales databases, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of sales processes and administrative procedures.

  • 2-5 years of proven experience in sales administration in real estate.
