Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the sales team, ensuring smooth daily operations and efficient workflow.
- Coordinate and process sales orders, contracts, and documentation, maintaining accurate records in the company s CRM and filing systems.
- Liaise between sales representatives, clients, and internal departments to facilitate communication and resolve queries promptly.
- Prepare and distribute sales reports, performance metrics, and pipeline updates to management and relevant stakeholders.
- Assist in the preparation and organization of sales presentations, proposals, and client meetings.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with supply chain or logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of products or services.
- Handle customer inquiries, follow up on leads, and provide exceptional service to enhance client satisfaction.
- Support the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring all documentation and compliance requirements are met.
- Maintain and update sales databases, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of sales processes and administrative procedures.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 2-5 years of proven experience in sales administration in real estate.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with keen attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective internal and external interactions.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to resolving issues.
- Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Exceptional time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
