Job Description

As a Sales Administrator, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the sales team by managing sales processes and ensuring seamless operations. You will be responsible for maintaining positive customer relationships, managing order processing, and collaborating with different departments to facilitate efficient sales activities. Your ability to multitask, manage time effectively, and maintain a high level of attention to detail will be essential in this dynamic role. Your contribution will directly impact sales performance and customer satisfaction, ensuring that our clients receive the best possible service. A successful Sales Administrator is proactive, customer-focused, and adept at problem-solving, with a strong grasp of sales systems and processes.


Responsibilities
  • Manage day-to-day administrative tasks to support the sales team effectively.
  • Process sales orders and ensure accurate and timely delivery to customers.
  • Coordinate with the warehouse to ensure correct stock levels are maintained.
  • Maintain and update customer databases with current contact and order information.
  • Assist Sales Managers in preparing reports and analyzing sales data trends.
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
  • Generate sales documentation, including quotes and invoices, accurately and efficiently.
  • Work collaboratively with other departments to streamline sales processes.
  • Monitor sales performance metrics and prepare targeted feedback reports.
  • Organize sales meetings and facilitate communication between sales team members.
  • Track sales targets and report results to sales managers regularly.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of sales strategies and plans.

Requirements
  • Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
  • Proven work experience as a Sales Administrator or a similar role required.
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with clients and team members.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software like Salesforce.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving capabilities and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines efficiently.
