Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Engage with prospective and existing clients to understand their LED display needs and recommend tailored solutions.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate, retail, and event clients to drive repeat business and referrals.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the features and benefits of Pixel LED s indoor, outdoor, and rental screens.
- Collaborate with the technical and creative teams to ensure seamless delivery and installation of LED solutions.
- Prepare and deliver accurate sales quotations, proposals, and contracts in a timely manner.
- Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets within assigned territories or sectors.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, product developments, and competitor offerings to provide informed advice to clients.
- Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events to promote Pixel LED s products and services.
- Maintain detailed records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline progress using CRM tools.
- Provide after-sales support and follow-up to ensure client satisfaction and resolve any issues promptly.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 1-3 years of experience in sales
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Strong negotiation and presentation abilities.
- Ability to quickly learn and articulate technical product information.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Comfortable working in an office-based environment with occasional travel to client sites or events.
- Proficiency in using CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Flexibility to work full-time, under limited supervision, and in a leadership-supportive environment.
