Need to have high standards, be hardworking and thrive on a new challenge.
Listing and marketing properties for sale or rent.
Advise sellers/landlords on market conditions, values and property legislation.
Qualifying potential buyers/tenants.
Conducting viewings and follow up.
Negotiating offers and contract negotiation.
Maintain regular contact with all clients.
Visa and medical insurance.
