We are looking for a dynamic and versatile Sales and Communication Officer (Female Hindi/Urdu Speaking ) to support our business growth and public presence. This dual-role position involves driving sales, managing customer relationships, executing communication strategies, and overseeing social media channels. The ideal candidate is proactive, creative, and results-driven, with strong skills in both sales and digital communication. Key Responsibilities: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and lead generation. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners. Conduct product or service presentations to prospective customers. Negotiate and close sales deals in line with company goals. Track sales performance and prepare regular reports for management. Develop and implement communication strategies to enhance the company’s brand visibility. Manage and grow the company’s presence across social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok etc). Create, schedule, and publish engaging content (text, image, and video) aligned with brand voice. Monitor social media analytics, respond to messages and comments, and adjust strategy as needed. Support the planning and promotion of events, campaigns, and product launches. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. 2+ years of experience in sales, communications, or digital marketing. Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices. Excellent communication skills (In hindi and Urdu) Job Type: Full-time Pay: AED1,500.00 - AED2,500.00 per month
