Sales and Leasing Executive
Job Location : Qatar
General Overview :
Real estate agents act as representatives for clients that are planning to purchase, sell or lease their property.
Agents can work on residential, commercial and land property.
Agents are important in promoting sales/rentals and taking care of the marketing side property.
They are the key in the negotiation between potential buyers or sellers to convert leads into successful sales.
As an agent it is important to know that our daily task will not fall between normal working hours and that we need be flexible to accommodate our clients.
Calling prospective clients to find new listings.
Finding potential buyers/tenants for your stock.
Listing and advertising your properties (we will give you full support!)
Arranging viewings and advising clients.
Negotiating price between buyer, seller or any other party involved.
Deciding the method of sale, costs and inspection times with the property owner or seller.
Analysing market pricing and trends and recommending a reserve or minimum selling price.
Always be on the hunt for new stock and keeping a close eye on the development of new projects to me ready at the right time.
Prepare daily, weekly and monthly report.
Meeting with buyers/tenants to understand their requirements in a property.
Locating and inspecting appropriate properties for sale/rent.
Providing advice on terms and conditions of sale/rent.
Projecting a professional image of the agency to the public.
Visiting vacant and inhabited properties and inspecting them.
Comparing a property to others in the area then estimating its value.
Pointing out properties best features to buyers/tenants and answering their questions.
Advising clients on which properties to buy or let.
Providing the documentation required to draft the legal agreements.
Assisting client in the signing process and giving support.
Providing client with an office invoice for the collection of the agency fee payment.
Taking telephone calls and returning calls in a timely manner.
Arrange meetings with prospective clients.
Help build strong client relationships by delivering best in class services.
Providing relevant information to clients on timely basis.
Achieving all Sales/Leasing targets set by management which can be amended from time to time.
Should be located in Qatar
Preferring Female Candidates
Good Communication Skills
Basic Computer Knowledge is an Advantage.
