Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
• Make outbound and inbound calls to potential and existing customers
• Promote and sell products or services over the phone
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable solutions
• Explain product features, benefits, pricing, and offers clearly •
• Maintain accurate customer records and call logs .
• Follow up with interested leads to close sales •
• Stay updated on company products, policies, and promotions
• Ensure high customer satisfaction and build long-term relationships
• Comply with company scripts, quality standards, and call etiquette
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor's degree in any filed.
Minimum 1-3 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably within the automobile industry.
Strong communication and persuasion skills
Ability to handle rejections and objections
Good listening and problem-solving abilities
Basic computer and CRM knowledge
