Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough product demonstrations and presentations to clients, showcasing technical features and benefits to drive sales.
- Provide on-site installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of products, ensuring optimal performance and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop tailored solutions that meet specific customer needs and address technical challenges.
- Gather and analyze customer feedback and market trends to inform product development and improve service offerings.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, preferably in Mechanical, Electrical, or a related field, to ensure a solid technical foundation.
At least 1 year of experience in a sales or service engineering role, demonstrating a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Proven experience in customer-facing roles, with a focus on building and maintaining strong client relationships.
