Sales Architect Safeway Interiors

Job purpose:

We are looking for a dynamic and talented Sales Architect to join our growing team at Safeway Interiors. The ideal candidate will have strong design knowledge, excellent client-handling skills, and the ability to convert leads into successful commercial fit-out projects. You will be responsible for understanding client requirements, proposing design concepts, preparing BOQs, and coordinating with the design & estimation teams to deliver winning proposals.

Responsibilities:

Sales & Client Handling

• Lead client meetings to understand interior design and fit-out requirements.
• Present design ideas, material selections, and layout concepts to clients.
• Prepare and deliver professional project proposals, quotations, and presentations.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients from inquiry to project handover.

Design & Technical Responsibilities

• Study drawings, site conditions, and client briefs to develop solutions.
• Work closely with designers and estimators for BOQs, costing, and technical options.
• Recommend materials, finishes, and specifications in line with client and brand requirements.
• Prepare sketches, layout ideas, and basic design proposals when needed.

Sales Conversion & Coordination

• Follow up with clients, negotiate terms, and ensure conversion of leads.
• Coordinate with the Project Manager, Estimator, and Design teams for timely submissions.
• Participate in tender submissions and RFPs.
• Track sales pipeline through CRM (Zoho experience is a plus).
