Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service, assisting clients with product selection, styling advice, and ensuring a luxurious shopping experience.
  • Maintain impeccable visual merchandising standards by arranging displays, organizing stock, and ensuring the sales floor is attractive and inviting.
  • Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the Point of Sale (POS) system, handling cash, credit, and other payment methods.
  • Manage inventory levels by receiving, unpacking, tagging, and organizing new merchandise, and assisting with stocktakes.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships, remembering preferences and proactively reaching out with new arrivals or personalized offers.
  • Stay updated on current fashion trends, brand collections, and product knowledge to effectively advise customers and drive sales.
  • Assist with clienteling efforts, including managing customer databases and executing follow-up communications.
  • Ensure the boutique is clean, organized, and presentable at all times, attending to the overall ambiance.
  • Collaborate with the sales team and management to achieve individual and store sales targets.
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints professionally and courteously, escalating issues when necessary.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
  • A proactive and results-oriented mindset with a strong drive to meet sales goals.
  • High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
  • Previous experience as a Sales Assistant, preferably within the luxury fashion retail sector in Dubai.
  • Demonstrated passion for fashion and a keen eye for style and trends.
  • Proficiency in using POS systems and basic computer applications (e.g., MS Office).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage diverse clientele.
  • Fluent in English; proficiency in Arabic or other languages is a significant advantage.
  • Impeccable grooming and a professional, polished appearance.
