We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Assistant with fluency in both Arabic and Russian to join our dynamic team in the sports industry. The Sales Assistant will play a pivotal role in providing outstanding customer service and driving sales within our store. You will be responsible for responding to customer inquiries, managing sales transactions efficiently, and ensuring a seamless shopping experience for our sports-oriented clientele. This role requires excellent communication skills, a passion for sports, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Your expertise in Arabic and Russian languages will be crucial in serving and expanding our diverse customer base and enhancing customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and ascertain their individual sports-related needs effectively.
• Provide detailed product information to customers in both Arabic and Russian languages.
• Manage sales transactions accurately and efficiently at the cash register.
• Assist customers in finding sports merchandise and recommend additional products.
• Resolve customer complaints and inquiries promptly with a customer-first approach.
• Maintain a well-organized, visually appealing, and fully stocked sales floor at all times.
• Collaborate with the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets consistently.
• Participate in promotional activities and campaigns to boost store sales.
• Keep abreast of the latest sports products and trends in the industry.
• Ensure compliance with all store policies and health and safety regulations.
• Assist in inventory management and prepare stock for sales promotions.
• Contribute to a positive work environment through teamwork and communication.

Requirements

• Proficiency in both Arabic and Russian languages is essential for this role.
• Prior experience in retail or customer service is highly desirable.
• Strong passion for sports and knowledge of various sports products.
