Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and proactively assess their needs to offer personalized product recommendations and drive sales conversions.
- Master product knowledge, including features, benefits, and technical specifications, to address customer inquiries and provide expert advice.
- Manage point-of-sale transactions efficiently, including processing payments, handling returns, and ensuring accurate cash handling procedures.
- Maintain a visually appealing and organized store environment by merchandising products, replenishing stock, and adhering to visual guidelines.
Desired Candidate Profile
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification is essential for understanding basic concepts.
- A customer service certificate is an advantage, showcasing commitment to customer satisfaction.
- Prior retail experience of 1-2 years in a sales-driven environment, preferably in Abu Dhabi, is highly desirable.
- Fluency in English and Arabic is mandatory for effective communication with a diverse customer base.
