Roles & Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular visits and follow-ups to understand their needs and preferences.
- Conduct thorough market research to identify potential customers and emerging trends, ensuring a competitive edge in offerings.
- Create persuasive sales presentations and demonstrations tailored to client specifications, showcasing product benefits effectively.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements that drive sales and customer satisfaction.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, providing a solid foundation for sales strategies.
- At least 3-5 years of proven experience in outdoor sales, demonstrating a successful track record in achieving sales targets.
- Experience in the specific industry relevant to the company's products, ensuring familiarity with market dynamics.
- Fluency in English and local language(s) to communicate effectively with a diverse clientele.
