Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in industrial or engineering sales, with hands-on experience in developing international markets and managing strategic client relationships.

  • Drive and expand export sales of dies and precision tooling from the UAE to international markets.
  • Identify, develop, and maintain relationships with distributors, agents, and direct clients across key export regions.
  • Research and develop new business opportunities within manufacturing, automotive, and industrial sectors globally.
  • Prepare and deliver commercial and technical proposals tailored to client requirements.
  • Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify export growth opportunities.
  • Develop and execute export sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
  • Coordinate with production, logistics, and engineering teams to ensure seamless delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Represent the company at international trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical discipline (a business degree is acceptable only if paired with strong technical sales experience).
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in B2B sales or business development within precision engineering, die manufacturing, tooling, or metal forming industries.
  • Proven experience in selling dies or tooling products from the UAE to export markets -
  • Strong technical understanding of dies, molds, and precision components - ability to discuss specifications and production processes with engineering teams and clients.
  • Established client network or familiarity with distributors, manufacturers, and industrial buyers in export markets.
  • Excellent commercial acumen - strong negotiation, pricing strategy, and contract management skills.
  • UAE market knowledge and understanding of export logistics, documentation, and customs procedures.
  • Valid UAEdriving license and willingness to travel internationally as required.
