What Is Expected from You?
We're looking for a Sales Account/Business Development Manager with experience selling tech solutions within an IT system integrator or managed service provider (MSP) environment. Sales Account & BDM is an individual contributor and field-based sales role responsible for driving sales in the identified region. This role will be responsible for customer interfacing and relationship building with C-Level contacts, crafting the proposal, pricing and ultimately the successful negotiations and deal completion with the customer. In short, he/she will own the opportunity from inception to deal closure.
As part of this role, you will develop key growth sales strategies, tactics and action plans. Successful execution of these strategies is required to achieve the financial target, which will include meeting annual targets.

Responsibilities
• Develop a client target pipeline utilizing the customers’ database
• Client meetings, cold calling, follow up on leads, develop opportunities with clients
• Build relationships through new business calls, client meetings, networking, events, referrals, etc.
• Liaise with marketing on campaigns to develop new business
• Strategic approach to raise brand awareness through marketing and social media
• Support bids and tenders working closely with the management team and directors
• Remain up to date with competitor activity and market insights
• Diarize opportunities, compile management information, reports and sales data
• Ability to open and close sales opportunities
• Form integrated account plans to maximize revenue
• Work closely with the sales team to help them achieve their goals
• Work directly with finance, legal and others to create and provide relevant and timely business intelligence essential to key stakeholders including sales, presales & products
• Work closely with key stakeholders of our clients
• Travel across the region to meet with prospective clients and grow market awareness

Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience
• Should be degree educated
• Minimum 5 years of experience within a Sales Accounts position, preferably within information technology industry
• Significant knowledge of sales process, sales cadence, and sales strategy
• Track record of influencing decision making using a data-driven approach
• Excellent communication skills: written, verbal, presentation, etc.
• Strong capability around analytics and trend analysis to provide key business insights
• Exceptional stakeholder management and interpersonal skills
• Valid UAE driving license is a must

• Ability to work on his/her own or within the team as needed
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver outcomes within given time frames

• Ability to collaborate with a distributed team using tools e.g. chat, web conferencing, etc.

Desirable Experience & Skills
• Experience of working for an IT solution integrator or managed service provider
• Proven track record of driving sales operational excellence, best practice and sales process improvement
• Strong technology literacy with significant experience with Salesforce and other sales tools including Business Intelligence tools
• Ability to manipulate large amounts of data for a variety of purposes including forecasting and presentation to senior stakeholders
• Have contacts and experience of working with some of the major enterprises
