The Sales/Business Development Manager directs, trains and provides leadership to the sales team towards the achievement of the set targets and budget, while ensuring the proper growth of all lines of services and products.
The Sales Manager's focus is to improve the company's market position and achieve financial growth.
The Sales/BD Manager is responsible of:
- having and maintaining an extensive knowledge of current UAE market conditions.
- setting the department's vision and defining short and long term sales strategic goals.
- building and strengthening key customer relationships.
- identifying business opportunities.
- negotiating and closing deals.
The successful candidate should have:
- Bachelor s Degree in Business Administration or equivalent. Master s degree is a plus.
- At least 8 years of experience, 3 of which are in Sales/Business Development Management in the UAE market preferably in B2B.
- Excellent proficiency in English and Arabic is a must.
- Familiar with financial statements.
- Good market research and analytical skills.
