A fantastic opportunity exists for a customer focused individual with a can-do attitude to join our Sales team within Mercedes-Benz Cars Middle East. In this role, you will work closely with the Corporate Business Manager, Regional Market Managers, Head of Sales and Finance and Controlling stakeholders, utilizing your excellent organizational and analytical skills to construct, document, agree and track Sales campaigns and tactical Sales measures for the Middle East region and General Distributors.

Tasks
Yearly Budget & Sales Channel Planning
To support the Corporate Business Manager & Head of Sales in the MAD (Markets Alignment Discussion) preparation
To develop a Bottom Up plan for the following year (Sales Channel Split per Type Class, per Market, Special Discount Budget per Sales Channel per type class)
Quarterly Sales Campaigns
To construct product specific sales campaigns following the monthly sales planning meeting
To liaise with Corporate Business Manager and Regional Market Managers on the specifics of programmes and how effectiveness can be measured and tracked
Together with the Corporate Business Manager, document and present all sales/stock schemes to Finance
To create a central database to track all schemes in relation to Budget, Committed vs Actual spend, Time period and Stock Implications
To communicate agreed Sales Campaigns to the General Distributors in a pre-agreed format for implementation
Quarterly Sales Steering Measures
In conjunction with Corporate Business Manager and Regional Market Managers, to review measures required in addition to Regional / Market specific product sales campaigns to ensure monthly and quarterly targets are met
To present quarterly steering measures to Finance and Controlling in a pre-agreed format and with a structured process for approval
Together with the Corporate Business Manager, to review and present the status of campaigns in meetings such as monthly team sales meeting / Sales Campaign planning meeting
Overview of Type Class Budget Spend
To create a database that highlights by type class and by market agreed special discount committed funds
To maintain overview and highlight areas of opportunity with actions in monthly sales campaign meeting, in addition to current price positioning support
Product / Planning & Marketing Understanding
To understand current premia positions into current pricing overview and understand the impact of proposed sales campaigns
To evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns and obtain a further understanding of correlations between sales, product and pricing
To work with product and pricing on price pointed models to ensure a competitive offer can be implemented in the region, ensuring a promising external marketing communication
Understand Kufri / PCF processes and be able to add input on planning premises
