SALES COORDINATOR JOB DESCRIPTION :
1. Coordinate sales team by managing schedules, filing important documents and communicating relevant information to the customers
2. Respond to complaints from customers and give after-sales support when requested
3. Answering queries from customer such as shipment status, delivery dates and order processing
4. Handling orders by phone, email and checking the orders have the correct prices, discounts and product name.
5. Inputting order, ensuring they are processed according to customer requirements and ensuring all order are accurate and delivered on time.
6. Collaborating with other departments to ensure sales queries and deliveries are handled efficiently.
7. Preparing shipping documents for all customers orders ( Bill of Lading, Invoice, Packing List, Certificate of Analysis, Certificate of Origin (Dubai chamber if required by Customer).
8. Maintains daily report such as sales shipment report, claim report, offer status etc.
