Assists in the administration, implementation, and maintenance of sales compensation plans. May include any of the following activities: loading the new fiscal year plans into the sales compensation system; reviewing the monthly business results per incumbent; assisting in calculating and verifying the compensation payments; ensuring that payments are processed properly, adding and deleting plan participants; responding to questions/inquiries from the sales employee and/or supervisor; preparing commission expense reports; maintaining information needed to track revenue. Goals and objectives are assigned by an immediate supervisor. Work performed depends on others for instruction, guidance, and direction. Deals with routine to moderately complex problems.
