Commercial Vehicles Sales Representative Job Summary
We are looking for a results-driven sales representative for HINO Trucks Division to actively seek out and engage customer prospects. You will provide complete and appropriate solutions for every customer in order to boost top-line revenue growth, customer acquisition levels and profitability.
Commercial Vehicles Sales Representative Duties and Responsibilities
• Achieve/Exceed monthly/annual sales target while maximizing the profitability of the business by focusing on both the net sales and gross margin earnings. This includes utilizing discounts as a tool to close deals.
• Contact prospective customers and assigned accounts within designated territory.
• Conduct regular customer/field visits to assess business requirements and maintain healthy relationships to ensure top customer satisfaction levels.
• Qualify customers by understanding customer's requirements and interests; matching requirements and interests to various models.
• Demonstrates trucks by explaining characteristics, capabilities, and features, offering test drives, explaining warranties and services.
• Writing sales orders, securing deposits and processing paperwork in accordance with established business policies.
• Maintain a strong focus on satisfaction of all customers
• Attend all sales meetings and modular training sessions, refresher courses that introduce new products and make sure the Sales Manager / Branch Manager is informed if additional training is required.
• Provides sales management information by completing reports.
• Ensure Monthly over dues are not more than agreed target
Commercial Vehicles Sales Representative Requirement and Qualifications
• 2+ years of experience in a sales role at a dealership
• Bachelor s or equivalent experience.
• Very strong PC skills including Excel and Microsoft office products.
• Track record of exceeding previous sales quotas and goals
• Excellent customer service experience and strong communication skills.
• Keen attention to detail with a commitment to solving complex problems
• Excellent selling, communication and negotiation skills
• Outgoing and service-oriented attitude
• Solid time management and analytical skills are necessary.
• Goal-oriented self-starter with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced and sometimes high-pressure work environment
• Willingness to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience with commercial truck sales or truck equipment sales preferred.
• Experience within UAE or GCC Market preferred
• Valid Driving License of UAE .
