Roles & Responsibilities
Drive the sales for this rapidly growing software services organisation
Develop a strong pipeline of potential customers through multiple pre-sales modes, that includes but not limited to email campaigns, social media, events, roadshows, networking, direct contacts, referrals and more. The primary focus of this role will new customer acquisition.
Build an active sales funnel - achieve sales and revenue targets agreed upon with the leadership team of the organisation.
Do need satisfaction selling and consultative selling based on the relationship maturity at the different customer accounts and achieve exponential growth in sales year on year.
Research, study and assess current marketing trends for customers.
Analyze the domain, industry and competitor landscape and based on the research modify and implement the sales, and customer acquisition processes for the organisation.
Coordinate with delivery team, and operations team on a regular basis to ensure customer satisfaction and stable cash flows from the existing and new accounts
â€‹Finds new target markets and penetrate them to drive sales
Build a sales and sales support function for the organisation [Short term - 2 to 5 years]
Always looks for new ways to make the offerings attractive to customers
Candidate Profile & Skills Required:
4 to 6 years of experience in selling software services, ideally in retail/eCommerce domain, with a proven high performance track record
Demonstrates advanced sales knowledge
Good analytical skills
Excellent communication - written and verbal and interpersonal skills
Excellent in networking with key external and internal stakeholders
Expertise in office productivity tools
Customer first attitude and Strong empathy for customers and customer needs
Should have an overall understanding of software development life cycle (preferably Agile).
Self-driven, self motivated, and comfortable with aggressive deadlines
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Must be a very good team player
